It was then time for the match between two very different personalities: the calm Boogz and the excitement train Joke. At different times, Volterax had drawn criticism for his "overuse" of the swerve, which is a flaw which allows a player controlled receiver to push into the route and then returns out in the form of a "swerve" move, causing the defense to become virtually unusable. However, Problem is an excellent Madden player, and was up to do any situation. Problem didn't struggle with Volterax because he was well prepared for the deep pass, and took out Volt as he attempted to swerve the ball and still attempting to block the ball to Chris Johnson. Problem was leading 17 7 at the half and did not look back, leaving Volt down by 30 13.

The semi finals included Skimbo who has never won an event live play SpotMePlzzz who was hoping to be the first person to take home two wins in a row.
